KPMS is a consulting company that provides services for the development of management systems of organizations operating in various fields of economic activity.

The goal of our company is to help each customer to create an effective quality management system.

Our company treasures its customers. Each customer is unique to us and we are ready to sacrifice our interests for the sake of the customer's interests.

We are guided in our work by the principles of mutually beneficial cooperation between all interested parties – the customer, our employees, shareholders, representatives of supervisory and controlling organizations, and society as a whole:

  • We create management systems that effectively respond to changes in the external and internal environment of the organization. Continuous improvement is the main principle in our work;
  • Our employees are high–level professionals. The personal responsibility of each employee for his work is a criterion of the quality of his work;
  • We achieve optimal quality through optimal processes;
  • Reliable and timely data from all stages of the life cycle of works guarantee reliable control of their implementation;
  • The entire staff of the company shares the principles of the quality system, is involved in the process of its creation, clearly understands the goals of their work, sees the result and influences it. The opinion of each employee is taken into account in the work of the quality system.

The introduction and development of a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 will help us improve the quality of our services, and will give our customers confidence that they have made the right choice by choosing us.
